At the Sign In page, click on the Not Registered? or the Register link.

Enter your account number, the last four digits of your social security number, 

your birthday (in the correct format) and “YES” in the Accept box. 

Then click the START button.

Select the email address (from one of the two we may have on file for you) where 

we will send your one‐time registration passcode.  Then click on the                 

SEND PASSCODE button. 

 

 

You will have ten (10) minutes to retrieve your registration passcode and enter it 

in the next step.  Then click on the CONFIRM PASSCODE button.

Create your new online banking username by entering it in the Setup Username 

box.  For security and privacy, you are not permitted to use your credit union 

member number as your username.  

Enter your new password twice, followed by your email twice and then click the 

NEXT button. 

 

 

For clarification on what the username and password rules are, you may click on 

the links to the right of the entry box. 

NOTE:  The email address you enter will replace the one we have on file for you.

Select and answer your three (3) multi‐factor authentication (MFA) questions, 

then click the NEXT button.

Enter a unique security phrase that you will recognize.  You will see this phrase 

each time you attempt to log into Cornerstone Financial Credit Union’s online 

banking.   

Now, select an image/picture.  This image will also display each time you attempt 

to log into online banking.  You may click on the “Next” or “Random” links to the 

left of the images for more images. 

Now click on the NEXT button at the bottom of the page.

While your account is being registered, you may see this display. 

Do NOT refresh your screen or navigate away from this page. 

If it is not allowed to finish, you may have to restart the enrollment process from

If you currently receive electronic statements, then you do not need to do 

anything further.  You may now begin using your new Cornerstone Financial 

Credit Union online banking service by utilizing the navigation bar at the top of 

the page.   

If you currently receive paper statements and would like to receive electronic 

statements instead, enter “YES” in the Agreement box, and click on the ACTIVATE 

NOW button. 

 

 

You will then see this message.   

 

Congratulations!  You are now enrolled in online banking and will receive 

electronic statements.  You may now begin using your new Cornerstone Financial 

Credit Union online banking service by utilizing the navigation bar at the top of 

the page.
