Designed new and modified existing nuclear power plants (including AP1000 design). Interfaced with other engineers using best practices and standard design methodologies. Prepared estimates having a strong background and understanding of financial implications and potential impact throughout the project. Project completed under original estimates. Reviewed and created calculations related to concrete anchorage and steel in power plants, identifying risks and mitigations needed to stay on deadlines and under budget. Developed, researched, and delivered on time a design criteria for new nuclear safety related electrical commodity and component supports.
