GENERAL INFORMATION

A non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your invoice total, is required to reserve your date. The amount ofthe deposit is equal to 25% of the total estimated event total. A total of 50% must be received six months priorto your event date. 100% of the final estimated balance is due fourteen (10) days prior to the event date, alongwith a confirmed guest count. The attendance figure you provide by that date will not be subject to reduction. Allforms of payment are accepted for your initial two deposits. Personal checks cannot be accepted as finalpayment or if your event is within thirty (30) days.

Food and Beverage Minimums

Event Details

All events are required to meet a minimum expenditure. Minimums may vary due to date, time, or size of theevent. Room Food and Beverage minimums do not include service charge, state sales tax, ceremony fees, orrental items. The requirements are quoted prior to booking the event and are stated in the CateringConfirmation Agreement. For minimum requirements for an event under consideration, please contact thePrivate Event Department.

A 20% Mandatory Service Charge and current State Sales Tax will be added to all food and beverage items.Mandatory Service Charge is taxable in the State of California.

All evening events have a maximum time limit of five (5) hours; daytime events have a maximum time limit offour (4) hours. If additional time is required, arrangements may be made with our Private Event Departmentprior to the event. Additional charges may apply. If you have your ceremony onsite, we provide you with one (1)additional hour of consecutive rental. All events must end no later than 1:00am.

We ask you to confirm the total number of guests that will be attending at least fourteen (10) days prior to thedate of your event. The attendance figure you provide by that date will not be subject to reduction.

Final menu selections, room arrangements and other details are due forty-five (45) days prior to your event. Menu pricing can be guaranteed up to ninety (90) days prior to your event. After you provide us with the finalselections and arrangements, we will present you with a Banquet Event Order confirming the specificrequirements of your event.

MenusAll food and beverage must be provided by the club, unless otherwise arranged with our Private EventDepartment. We offer a variety of menu selections and packages designed to accommodate any event. Pleaseask about our custom menus. No outside alcohol is allowed. If it is brought onto the premises, it will beconfiscated.

A split entrée menu may be offered on served meals. All entrees will be charged at the higher priced item andrequire assigned menu choices on each place card. Vendor meals are available at $25.99++ per Vendor. In thePlatinum Package & All-Inclusive Packages, you are allotted the same amount of chair covers as guests.Additional chair covers and Floor Length Linen may be ordered through the Private Event Office.

Day Of EventPlease notify your vendors that Recreation Park Golf Course will not provide storage for any event items.Therefore, all items must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Recreation Park Golf Course will not beresponsible for articles lost, stolen, or left unattended during or after the conclusion of your event.

Security GuardOne (1) Security Guard is required of all events with 100 or more guests and all birthday parties. An additionalguard will be required once guest count reaches 180 people. Guards are charged at $175 each for events six(6) hours or less. Additional fees may be added for events over six (6) hours.

StoragePlease notify your vendors that Recreation Park Golf Course will not provide storage for any event items.Therefore, all items must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Recreation Park Golf Course will not beresponsible for articles lost, stolen, or left unattended during or after the conclusion of your event.

VendorsRecreation Park Golf Course require that all vendors be licensed and insured. Please verify with all of yourvendors that they meet these requirements. Proof of insurance may be required if they are not on oursuggested vendor list. We do not allow outside linen rentals or Food & Beverage. Vendors are guaranteedadmittance to set up one (1) hour prior to the start of your event.

Cake TastingCake tastings are to be scheduled directly though the preferred bakeries. Please contact Great Dane, orTorrance Bakery to schedule your private tasting.*Please note that some packages do not include a cake or a private tasting.

Candy Station

Wedding Rehearsals

Candy Stations are allowed if the candy is prepackaged. Client is responsible for all set up and clean of ofcandy station. Recreation Park Golf Course will provide the table and linen. Client will provide the candy anddisplays of candy. Please let the Private Events office know in advance if you will be providing a candy station*A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any cleaning required after the event for the candy station*

Ceremony rehearsals are available during the week leading up to your event. Rehearsals may take placeduring regular office hours. Please schedule rehearsal well in advance to guarantee availability.
