The grouping of the nine elements• It is important to note that there is a general grouping of these
elements.• The first three which are digital access, communication and literacy
refers to the learning of the user.• The second group which is the digital etiquette, safety and security,
and rights and responsibilities refers to the behaviour and environment.• The last group deals with the outside environment, digital law,
commerce and health and wellness.

Information and solution fluency• Information fluency is the ability to interpret information in all forms
in order to extract the essential knowledge, perceiving its meaning in order to be able to use it in real world tasks.• Solution fluency is about problem solving- solving a problem
presented to us through an intuitive process• Solution fluency is build on information fluency

leveraging this for our own input (communication).• We cannot produce something without knowing how to use the
technology but we cannot leverage the message without understanding• All over the world there are people who are working and
communication with each other but have never met.• With today’s technology distance has became a concept that is
relative.
