Records, where appropriate (kardex, flow sheets and/or nursesnotes) assessments results, treatments and medicat ions, nursingand other health care interventions, the patient’s responses andreactions to such interventions, and other pertinent information.

Writes simply, comprehensively and legibly.

Files reports relevant to patient care, where appropriate (reportbook / communicat ion book / others).

Submits summary of endorsements of assigned patients tocharge nurse or Nurse IV for inclusion in the endorsementreport.
