GHS coaches run the workouts. Athletes should have a current athletic physical (dated after May 1st of current year) on file at GHS to participate in CORE. Athletes have several options available to them to meet their individual needs and the skill needs and goals of the GHS athletic programs. More information online at the GHS activities website.
