1. Purpose

What is an on-line forum?

• An intranet service with a number of shared sections for common information and documents (library).

• An interactive platform enabling confidential communication and exchange between members.

This Forum replaces the Growth BBS and uses same functionalities

2. Structure

The forum is meant to support interactivity and information exchange.

The structure adopts the NCP’s mandate to better highlight key information.

The forum can cover various issues:

• Direct access to key links or downloadable documents

• Reports on network activities and training programmes

• Interactive platform to raise questions or queries (such as partners search)

• Much more

3. Participation

Access to the on-line Forum is restricted to TP3 NCPs and based upon prior approbation.

Note

- Approval is not immediate

- Only NCPs will be granted access, should you want your colleagues to access the forum, you will have to give them your username and password

- If you used the Growth BBS, you can use same username and password (go directly to the login page)

• Reviewing messages and accessing key documents

• Posting messages and raising questions or submitting information

• Getting automatic emails to keep abreast on network activities
