The finest toughened safety glass is treated with, a microscopically thin coating applied to the inside of the glass to provide a permanent protective layer.

This unique treatment creates an incredibly smooth surface that prevents build-up of limescale and grime, which makes cleaning both easier and less frequently required – between 50% and 70% less often.

It is crystal clear and will never peel or flake. When applied the molecules of the coating and the glass bond together to create a protective layer 80,000 times thinner than a human hair.

Premier has been designed and built here; following close consultation with professional installers throughout Britain, to ensure that it is faster and easier to fit than any other enclosure on the market.

Clever features that make fitting easier

Adjustable in both directionsWhen fitting square or rectangular enclosures in a corner, Premier has a separate corner post for easier installation and out of true adjustment in both directions.

Concealed fittingsWith most enclosures you need to take great care when securing the frame, to ensure you don’t cause any unsightly scratches, whereas with Premier, push-fit corner cover strips conceal all fixings.

Coram’s new ‘modular installation system’ is available on the following models:

Crescent Bow Front Sliding DoorQuadrant and Offset Quadrant Corner EntrySliding Door Double Sliding Doors

Increased strength and rigidity with minimum weight The aluminium sections are specially engineered to provide the maximum strength and rigidity with minimum weight – 25% stronger than our previous Premier range.

IGA (Intelligent Glass Application) also allows us to reduce weight. 8mm glass is used, where required, but thinner lighter weight glass is used in applications such as curved and bi-fold doors, where much heavier 8mm glass would do nothing to increase the rigidity or strength. Most of the glass used in luxury cars is less than 4mm thick for the same reasons.

Both these features make it easier for you to lift and fit, without compromising the quality of the finished installation.

1. Ensure the showertray is level in all directions.

5. Position the top rail above the fixed panels and screw fix.

9. Fit the fixed panel retaining brackets and tighten the screws.

2. Fix the wall channels to the walls, ensuring they are vertically ‘true’.

6. Check that the door frame is vertical and screw fix into position, ensuring it is centrally positioned between the wall channels.

10. The doors can then be easily hung on the top rail and the bottom rollers simply click into the bottom rail.

3. Place the bottom rail onto the tray with its end mouldings inserted into the wall channels, ensuring that there is an equal gap at each end.

7. Push-fit corner cover strips conceal all fixings.

11. The bottom rollers also have a push-button quick release feature that allows them to be easily removed for cleaning.

12. The rollers at the top of the doors may need adjusting so that the magnetic seals meet evenly when closed.

4. Insert the fixed panels into the wall channels and slide down to slot onto the end mouldings of the bottom rail.

8. Fit ‘flipper seals’ onto the edge of the fixed panels.

With Column the 8mm glass panel is supported by a floor to ceiling chrome column. The top section of the column is telescopic, allowing it to be adjusted in height from 2027mm to 2700mm. You simply slide out the top section until it reaches the ceiling and a half twist secures it to the required height. The column can be screw fixed to the ceiling and the base is secured to the showertray with an innovative new fitting that requires no screws and can also be easily removed.

The Tube Curved however, provides the maximum showering area whilst using the minimum footprint. Innovative design means that this unique showertray and enclosure optimises the showering area and can be fitted in either left or right hand corners or an alcove.

With Stylus the 8mm glass panel is held firmly in place by a slimline brace and superbly engineered brackets. As a further alternative, panels can be supported with a more discrete shortened brace and bracket, mounted at an angle.

Coratech® is a revolutionary resin formulation developed by Coram for use in their showertrays.It has all the strength of traditional ‘stone resin’ showertrays but without the excessive weight.

A showertray doesn’t need to be heavy to stop it moving.We all know that even the slightest movement of a showertray after installation will lead to expensive water leaks. That’s why Coram’s Coratech® trays are absolutely rigid and designed to be fixed in a way which will ensure that there can be no possible movement. The riser trays have adjustable feet, which can be securely screwed to the floor, whilst the slimline trays are bonded to the floor by large fixing pads and the entire rim of the tray.

Why risk injury by lifting trays that are unnecessarily heavy?The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends that the maximum that is safe for one person to lift unassisted is 25kgs. Most stone resin trays are above this limit and so should be lifted by two people.

Designer Slimline Showertray on a plinthFor site conditions, such as solid floors, where the plumbing connections cannot be recessed into the floor, a tiled plinth can be constructed to conceal the plumbing. The Designer Slimline Showertray can then be installed on top of the plinth.

Unique levelling system makes them faster and easier to adjust than any other bathscreens.A single screw can be adjusted to ensure that it fits perfectly in line with the rim of the bath. This unique levelling system also provides longer lasting benefits. If, for any reason in the future, the screen becomes slightly out of fit, you can simply remove the push-fit screw cap and re-adjust it.

Choosing the right kind of bath for your bathscreenBaths must have a flat rim and should be installed with top edge horizontal. Any water that collects around the taps should then drain into the bath.

Baths must not have raised handles or soap recesses that would prevent the bathscreen from providing an effective seal with the rim of the bath.
