About The System

We congratulate you on being a proud owner of the CORAL EX enterprise switch. This switch is available in configurations of 104 & 308 which means it is capable of handling from 1 to 3 trunks lines & 4 or 8 extensions. The EX series is designed for use in small or medium sized business organizations & in residential segment. The SWITCH uses a switch mode power supply, which ensures a stable power to your equipment. External CVT/Stabilizers must be installed in industrial areas or in any area, which faces large power fluctuations. The system has highly versatile software, which provides the user with a variety of features to suit one’s communication requirements. The Program changes & feature availability by any extension can be either enabled or disabled even at the site by certain codes. The use of low power components reduces systems power & cooling requirement. The system is easy to install and goes through stringent quality control to give you high reliability.

On receiving an incoming call, system will pick-up another trunk & system will dial predefined number. The external number, which will be dialled by the system, is programmable. This feature will de-activate redial & auto-redial features. It also must be noted that while trying the forwarding of an incoming trunk call, if no trunk line is free to forward the incoming trunk call, system will abort the external call forwarding process & incoming call will land at hunting extensions. Both the trunk lines used for this feature will be released only after 5 minutes. It must be noted that if system is switched off, this feature will be deactivated automatically. This feature will be activated through system programming & only master extension can activate the same.

System provides one smart switch which can be used to activate or deactivate a relay & further this relay can be used as a dry switch to operate an external equipment. 12 Vdc relay will be required to avail this feature. The relay will be connected in series with the external device. On dialing the code for activating the smart switch & system will switch-on the relay & it will remain in switched-on position unless until the commands for deactivating is entered.
