Photographic cameras store pictures on light-sensitive photographic film. The film must be developed by a photo shop. Digital cameras store digital images on a storage device, such as a RAM card or disk. They also let you preview and delete pictures while taking them. Images are downloaded to a computer to be printed out.

Q4.9 Answer

While both display digital images to large groups, scan converters do so by converting computer images into analog so they can be viewed on a TV monitor. While the resolution is not as good, the cost of a scan converter is just a fraction of the cost of a projector.
