1) Control charges :--clinic level--doctor levele.g. Dr. Simon GP charge $180 in TST Clinic but charge $250 in Central Clinic.

2)Copayment :--per contract, per class, per patient, per service type

3) Borrow :--SP consultation borrow GP benefit.

4) Multi-level benefit control :e.g. first 10 GP charge $20 copayment, next 10 visits charge $50 copayment.

5) Group benefit :e.g. GP+SP+Physio total 20 visits/$5000 per year.
