Welcome to the 2010 Open Enrollment Knowledge Center. In this site, you will find information concerning how to enroll and make your benefits choices for 2011.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW
Important Information
• If you are enrolling due to a job change or life event, you must do so within 31 days. If enrolling as a New Hire, you must do so within 60 days. If you do not enroll, you will be assigned the appropriate default plan for your newspaper.
• During annual open enrollment period, you may change your elections as many times as you want, up to the enrollment deadline.
• You cannot make changes to your benefits coverage during the year unless you experience a qualifying life event. If you experience a qualifying life event, notify your HR Benefits Representative, and enter your benefit elections within 31 days of the event.
• If you are enrolling as a New hire or if you have experienced a qualifying life event, once you submit your elections online, your enrollment will be processed in one (1) day. Once your enrollment is processed, you may log in to eBenefits to view your elections from the Benefits Home page.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
If you are not making changes to your elections, but are funding a Healthcare FSA for 2011, you must go online to enroll in the FSA for 2011.

COBRATerminated employees, their covered dependents, surviving spouses, and aged-out dependents are all eligible to continue their health benefits through COBRA.
COBRA coverage applies to Medical/Prescription Drug, including Health Care Reimbursement Account (HRA), Dental, and Vision plans.

NOT MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR BENEFITS ELECTION?
Not Making Changes?
You have the option to enroll in your current benefit options from the start of your event session. Once you have reviewed your current elections, and are making no changes, you can confirm this decision through a few simple steps.
Next to each plan type description in which you can enroll, an Enroll button is available. Under each plan there is a Current and New line.
•Current identifies the specific plan in which you are presently enrolled.
•Once you have enrolled in a plan, the New row updates with your election.
Clicking the (I Have No Changes) button enrolls you in the benefit options from the start of your session. If you choose not to make changes, click this button.

GETTING STARTED
1.Access your mylînks page.
2.Click Login.
3.Key your User ID and Password, then click Sign-In.
4.Click Employee Self Service.
5.Click Employee Home, then click Benefits Home.
From the Benefits Home page, you can access your benefits summaries, including current and historical benefits information, flexible spending account information, dependent and beneficiary information, and benefits enrollment.

Making Benefit Changes > View Current Benefits
VIEWING CURRENT BENEFITS SUMMARY
1.From the Benefits Home page, click Benefits Summary.
2.Enter the date for which you would like to view your benefits.
3.Click Go.
When viewing Benefits Summary, Health Care Summary, Insurance Summary, and Flexible Spending Accounts information, you need to key a date. The date field automatically defaults to the current date.
For open enrollment and qualifying changes, you may view information one business day after submission.

1.After selecting the enrollment event on the Benefits Enrollment page, click Enroll next to the corresponding benefit plan.
2.Select your plan option. If you do not wish to enroll in a plan, select Waive.
3.Scroll to the Enroll Your Dependents section. Select the checkboxes to the left of the eligible dependent(s) you would like to enroll.
4.If you are satisfied with your choice, click Continue; otherwise, click Cancel to return to your benefits plans.
5.After reviewing the costs for the plan and dependents selected, click OK. If you would like to make a change, click Enroll to return to all options available for the plan.

MAKING VOLUNTARY SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE INSURANCE ELECTIONS
1.After selecting the enrollment event on the Benefits Enrollment page, click Enroll next to the corresponding benefit plan.
2.Select your plan option. If you do not wish to enroll in a plan, select Waive.
3.Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4.If you are satisfied with your choice, click Continue; otherwise, click Cancel to return to your benefits plans.
5.After reviewing the costs for the plan and dependents selected, click OK. If you would like to make a change, click Enroll to return to all options available for the plan.

MAKING HEALTH CARE AND DEPENDENT CARE FSA ELECTIONS
A Flexible Spending Account is a type of savings account which provides the account holder with specific tax advantages. You may contribute a portion of your regular earnings to this account to pay for qualified expenses, such as medical or dependent care expenses.
1.After selecting the enrollment event on the Benefits Enrollment page, click Enroll next to the corresponding benefit plan.
2.Select your plan option. If you do not wish to contribute to an FSA, select No, I do not wish to contribute.
3.Key an Annual Pledge amount. Use the Worksheet to help calculate your pledge amount.
4.If you are satisfied with your choice, click Continue; otherwise, click Cancel to return to your benefits plans.
5.After reviewing the costs for the plan and dependents selected, click OK. If you would like to make a change, click Enroll to return to all options available for the plan.

Add/Review Dependents
For many of your enrollment elections, you can add/review dependent and beneficiary information. Anytime the Add/Review Dependents button is available, you may add or review dependent information.
If you add a dependent when electing benefit options, the dependent immediately appears in the enroll/assign section.
To change a dependent beneficiary type for dependents or beneficiaries in your profile, please contact your HR Representative.

Add/Review Dependents > Edit
EDITING EXISTING DEPENDENT/BENEFICIARY
1.Click Add/Remove Dependents.
2.Click the Name of the dependent/beneficiary.
3.Click Edit, then make your changes to the Dependent/Beneficiary information.
4. When finished making changes, click Save, then click OK.
5.To return to the list of all dependents and beneficiaries, click Return to Enrollment Dependent/Beneficiary Summary.
6.Click Return to Event to continue your online enrollment.

ADD/REVIEW DEPENDENTS
Add/Review Dependents > Add
ADDING NEW DEPENDENT/BENEFICIARY
1.Click Add/Remove Dependents.
2.Click Add a dependent or beneficiary.
3.Key your new Dependent/Beneficiary information.
4.Click Save, then click OK.
5.To return to the list of all dependents and beneficiaries, click Return to Enrollment Dependent/Beneficiary Summary.
6.Click Return to Event to continue your online enrollment.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ENROLLMENT
Submitting
When you scroll through the Benefits Enrollment page, you will see a summary of the costs for all new benefits options.
If you decide not to submit your selection at this time, your plan options will be saved for when you return to the Benefits Enrollment page.
Submitting Your Enrollment
1.If you are satisfied with your elections, click Submit.2.If you receive any error or warning messages, either:
• Click Return to correct errors as instructed.• Click Continue
3.If you receive no messages, click the drop-down arrow to indicate where to apply excess Flex Credits, if you have any. 4.Click Submit if you are satisfied with your choices; click Cancel to make changes to your elections.The Submit Confirmation messages appears.5.Click OK.
