ERG Desktop – Printing AnswersheetsEntering the Test Information

The test information portion of the “Print Test Forms” window, allows you to find your exam using several filtering options. The option that allows you

to see ALL test keys created within your school district is to set the “Sharing” to “District Exams.” Answer sheets CANNOT be printed without

choosing a test name from the “Exam List.”

A Test Name MUST be chosen from the Exam List before you can print answersheet.

All answersheets are coded to match a particular key!

Slug with Student IDS – this option will pre-print student information on every answersheet including student & school ID

Do Not Slug – Blank Forms – these are answersheets that have NO pre-printed student or school information on them – BUT it is for use with ONLY the selected test name

Do Not Slug Except For School ID – Blank Forms – NEW!! – This new printing option allows you to print answersheets that have no student information pre-printed, but does have the school ID printed on the answersheet.

Output To - NEW!!! ERGDesktop does not print directly to a printer – it creates a PDF of your answer sheets. This new feature reduces the potential for printing out incorrect answer sheets and also allows you to print by page or page range for those instances when only a few students need an answer sheet. ERGDesktop automatically saves these answer sheets in a directory on your computer called “C:\ERG_Desktop\Exam_Print “ (see yellow highlighted area in the image above.)

Use the Open Output Directory button to open the folder C:\ERG_Desktop\Exam_Print

Select the classes that you want to print answer sheets for in this list box of available classes for your campus by clicking on the class name. You can select multiple classes by holding down the control key (Ctrl) while clicking. In the example below, all fourth grade classes have been selected for printing.
