☐ Train yourself not to touch your eyes,nose, and mouth. This is a toughie, butit’s a habit that will serve you the rest ofyour life, helping you avoid Coronavirus,colds, flu, and other viruses! ☐ Wash your hands often with soap andwater for at LEAST 20 seconds. If youdon’t have soap or water available, usean alcohol-based hand sanitizer thatcontains at least 60% alcohol. ☐ Avoid touching common publicsurfaces that other people touch – likedoor panels, doorknobs, etc. ☐ Clean and frequently disinfectsurfaces and objects (like your cellphone!) that are frequently touched. Youcan use a regular household cleaner orwipe for this. ☐ Avoid close contact with people whoare sick. ☐ If you are sick, stay home. ☐ If you cough or sneeze, cover yourmouth and a nose with a tissue, and thenthrow the tissue directly in the trash.

☐ Get Enough Sleep. This can help improveyour body’s natural immune function. ☐ Reduce Stress. Chronic stress appears towear down your immune system and makeyou more vulnerable to illness. ☐ Eat a Healthy & Balanced Diet (low insugar). A balanced diet rich in antioxidants(found in vegetables and fruits) and healthyfats can help support your immune system. ☐ Stay Hydrated. Drinking water helps yourcells operate optimally, plus it helps your bodymore easily process food & eliminate waste. ☐ Exercise. Moderate to intense workoutslasting under an hour help boost your immunesystem both immediately and in the long run.
