Generation Of Super Hash.

 

1. The below page will be displayed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Type the User ID in the field ‘UserId’ and click on Proceed button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. After clicking the Proceed button in the previous screen the following screen will be displayed Fill the password in the Password field and click again on Login button.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Below screen will be displayed. Click on Transactions menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Below screen will be displayed. Choose the criteria “Live Tenders” from the list for Opening tender and click on Go button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Below screen will be displayed. Choose the criteria “Number Range” and click search button. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Below screen will be displayed. You can see the Tender No., NIT Ref. No., Short Description

of work, Tender Ref. Date and Tender Status of the various tenders in the list. Click on the Tender No. for which the Award is to be done.

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8. Below screen will be displayed showing the detail tender notice information related to the respective Tender.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

9. Click on Action Page button to proceed to action page. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

10. Below screen ‘Action Page’ will be displayed. Here you can see the stage status as ‘Pending’

under ‘Status’ column in the row of ‘ Close For Technical Bid.’ a Mah action.

 

11. The message “Close For Technical Bid (Generation of Super Hash) Click

on Proceed to Continue” will be displayed. Click on Proceed button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

12. The below screen will be displayed Select the action Generate Super Hash and click on

the Go button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

13. Below screen will be displayed with Current Envelope: T1 (Technical Envelope) and the

message “SuperHash Not Yet Generated!” is displayed. Click Generate SuperHash button

to generate superhash for T1 envelope.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

14. Below screen will be displayed with Current Envelope: T1 (Technical Envelope) and the

Message “Hash Key Generation Successful for Envelopcode: T1” is displayed. Click Send

Public Key button to send the public key.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

15. Below screen will be displayed with Current Envelope: T1 (Technical Envelope) and the

message “Public Key Sent Successfully!” is displayed. Click Sign SuperHash button to sign

the SuperHash generated.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

16. The Certificate Selection box appears which asks you to select your digital certificate. Select

your digital certificate and click on OK button. In case, you do not find your certificate in the list,

install it on your computer first (refer to the help file on importing the digital certificate).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

17. After selecting the certificate, the button Sign SuperHash gets deactivate and the button Send

Signed SuperHash gets activated. Click on Send Signed SuperHash button to send the

signed superhash.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

18. The below screen will appear with message “SignedSuperHash Sent Successfully!”.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

19. The message “Close For Commercial Bid (Generation of Super Hash) Click

on Proceed to Continue” will be displayed. Click on Proceed button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

20. You will see the screen as shown below. Select the action Generate Super Hash and click on

the Go button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

21. Below screen will be displayed with Current Envelope: C1 (Price Bid Envelope) and the

message “SuperHash Not Yet Generated!” is displayed. Click Generate SuperHash button

to generate superhash for Commercial envelope.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

22. Below screen will be displayed with Current Envelope: C1 (Price Bid Envelope) and the

message “Hash Key Generation Successful for Envelopcode: C1” is displayed. Click Send

Public Key button to send public key.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

23. Below screen will be displayed with Current Envelope: C1 (C1 Envelope) and the message

“Public Key Sent Successfully!” is displayed. Click on Sign SuperHash button to sign

superhash.

26. The below screen will appear with message “Signed SuperHash Sent Successfully!”

27. You will come to the below screen. Here, you can see the ‘Close for bidding’ stage status as

‘Completed’ under ‘Status’ column in the row of Actions.
