SpecificationFlexEJ Small bore Copper ended axialexpansion joints are made from stainless steelconvoluted bellows for use in heating circuits.Designed to EJMA*.

Operating ConditionsMax Working Pressure: 6 BarTesting Pressure: 9 BarMax Working Temp: 90oC
Application
FlexEJ Small bore Copper ended expansionjoints are used in small bore pipe work systemsto absorb thermal movement in the axialdirection.
Performance
Movements and pressure ratings apply fortemperatures up to 90oC. Copper pipe endedunits should not be used above thistemperature.
Installation
Take care when installing the bellow to ensureno torsion is applied. The unit is supplied atextended length so no cold pull is required. The bellow can be installed in any flowdirection. These expansion joints require thepipe work to be suitably anchored and guidedfor correct installation. Take care whensoldering or brazing to ensure no soldering fluxcomes into contact with the bellowconvolutions. Doing so could cause acorrosive chemical reaction and prematurefailure. DO NOT USE BELLOWS TOCORRECT FOR MISALIGNMENT OF PIPING.Refer FlexEJ bellows installation manual forfurther details.
