WAYS, MANNERS AND MEANS OF THE CONSPIRACYThe purpose of the conspiracy was to acquire movies derived from the sale of

controlled substances and then to transfer and deliver the movies to other

c o - c o n s p i r a t o r s s o t h a t t h e m o v i e s c o u l d b e t r a n s p o r t e d t o t h e s o u r c e s o f s u p p l y o f t h e

c o n t r o l l e d sub s t a n c e s i n M x i c o .

1 . It was part of the conspiracy that the defendants did, either personally

o r b y t h e a c t i o n s o f t h e i r c o - c o n s p i r a t o r s a n d s u b o r d i n a t e s , a c c e p t l a r g e

amounts of currency from drug customers and said currency was

c o u n t e d , p r o c e s s e d , a n d p a c k a g e d , a n d t h e n d e l i v e r e d a n d t r a n s f e r r e d t o

o t h e r c o - c o n s p i r a t o r s f o r t r a n s p o r t a t i o n t o t h e s o u r c e s o f s u p p l y i n

Mexico .
