THE FINISH GOOSE MIGRATES TO VILLAFAFILAIN WINTER

This beautiful animal causes some problems to sheeps-shepherds.

Last year 900 sheeps were eaten by the wolf

“ The Arribes del Duero” is a protected Natural Space which we share with Portugal

In los Arribes del Duero there are some birds threatened

of extinction, like black stork, Egyptian vulture

and vulture

The tipycal trees are

oak, chesnut poplar and pine

On the Duero river there are several dams to produce electricity ,

a renewable energy

In Zamora a lot of wind and solar energy

are produced and exported to other Spanish regions

PROJECT

The school community is informed about the Green Way activities through a board at the school hall. This board is made up by the students and teachers

The recycling containers are located in different places in the school and little

by little they are being filled.The rubbish collected will be taken to a

recycling centre

make beautiful and useful things like

necklaces, folders and puppets from

reused paper

BUT NOT EVERYTHING IS SUCCESSFUL, BECAUSE THE NEW CYCLING PARK ISN´T VERY MUCH IN USE AT THE MOMENT
