Additionally he has been involved in integration of sites, optimization of Crackers, Methanol, Benzene and other petrochemical units within Sabic. He has been part of teams that completed front-end engineering design, energy assessments and value engineering of numerous Petroleum, Petrochemical complexes for both greenfield and brownfield projects. In his current role as Senior Engineer Sustainability and Energy with one of the largest petrochemicals producer, he is monitoring and improving energy utilization of the affiliates, optimizing production and material effectiveness. He is also bench marking the assets with respect to Energy utilization and identifying major Gaps to achieve top quartile performance. He is leading and part of the energy assessment teams for existing assets and upcoming new projects, assuring statutory compliance and best in class operation of upcoming future assets.
