Maintenance StageIts Mission is T&I and permanent maintenance of AUD equipments and systems such as (AC chillers, pumps, motors, cooling towers, chlorination system, flow lines and cathodic protection).

Examples :

The gate of water well work in opposite direction.

Tripping in electrical breaker and the current in the motor supplying the deep well pump is very high.

T&I by doing CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening) and insulation resistance for switchgear.

TSG Mission is review packages, study and design projects, meeting with contractor to discussing about how are they doing in the work, witness and inspection the work.

Projects Stage

Examples :

After replacing 3 AC chillers, POD did Hipot test for HV(2.4 kV) cable and CT test for protuction system witnessed by us.

Checked old pump by using vibrations to find where exactly the source of its problem and that was by using SKF Microlog Analyzer.

We work with PMT to show different contractors where and what will we do the project exactly.
