Formalin Safety Just Got Safer

Formalin is neutralized in 5 minutes.

Verify that formalin is completely neutralized before disposal.

Pour granules around the formalin pool to contain the spill.

Sprinkle granules from above to absorb and neutralize the spill and prevent formalin vapor from spreading.

Formalin absorbed into the wipe is quickly neutralized.

Use wipes to line shelves or transfer trays to absorb spills and reduce formalin vapor.

Environment Safety

The pad is lined with plastic toprevent leaks. A large size pad can absorb up to 80 mL of formalin.

Small tissue specimens can be examined and neutralized at the same time.

The Tissue-Tek® FormaGO® Formalin Safety System includes products that further protect your staff and the environment from the hazardous effects of formalin.
