6. Ask Mum or Dad to put the baking sheet in the oven for15 to 20 minutes, and then let the bars cool in the fridge foran hour. Be paent… now it is ready!

75g of oats25g of quinoa65g of dried fruits50g of chopped nuts
30g of coconut buer1 tsp of shaved coconut
75g of agave nectar
1. Ask an adult to pre-heat the oven to 175° C.2. Then, ask them to help you melt the coconut buer,agave nectar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan, on low heat.3. In a bowl, mix the oats, quinoa, dried fruits, nuts andshaved coconut.4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a bowl.5. Let the mixture cool a lile, then use your hands to formbars in the shape of your choice (you can also use a mould).Put the bars on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
