Digital Cookie 1.0 Also called DOC (Digital Order Card), this
is an OPTIONAL online sales program each girl can choose to
participate in or NOT participate in on her own. It is not a troop
activity. At the start of the sale each girl should receive an
email from Girl Scout Cookies inviting her to set up a website
through eBudde. She can then send out emails asking people to order
cookies online. * Girls under age 13 need to have an adult work
with them.
Slide 12
What are the advantages? Customers who live too far away for
you to visit can order cookies from you and have them shipped
directly to them. They will receive their orders in a few days
rather than at the end of the sale. (Including AK and HI, NOT PR.)
Orders received will be fed automatically into eBudde no reports to
print out and hand in. Cookies sold this way will not have to be
picked up and delivered less work for you! Profit will remain the
same and count toward your goal. There is a patch for 6 or more
boxes. Toffee-tastics will be available for purchase online while
supplies last. Customers who live too far away for you to visit can

Gift of Caring vs Operation Cookie Drop OR Can I use Operation
Cookie Drop to round up my cases? Answer: NO!!!! Only Gift of
Caring can be used to round up cases.
Slide 26
WHY????? Because orders placed in Operation Cookie Drop will be
VIRTUAL ORDERS - You will NOT receive them BUT you will have to pay
for them. Orders placed in Gift of Caring will be delivered with
your order. eBudde will AUTOMATICALLY round up your cases. Use this
for Gift of caring orders. If you do not have GOC orders eBudde
will round up cases and you will receive extra cookies. If your
cases are full and you still have Gift of Caring orders place them
in Operation Cookie Drop if you prefer not to have extra cookies.
OR order anything less than a case from the Cookie Cupboard!
Slide 27
Use GOC to round up cases!!!!! After you see all your cases are
full you could move any extra GOC boxes to Op Drop. Or, you could
order them from the Cookie Cupboard
Slide 28
How Does the Troop Pay for Cookies? Cookie proceeds owed to the
Council will be withdrawn automatically from the troop bank account
by ACH. Any funds owed to the troop will be deposited by ACH to the
troops bank account. It is important that all troops have on file
an ACH authorization form. If you gave one last year and nothing
has changed you do not need to update it. Be sure all troop
leaders, treasurers, etc. are aware of these dates and funds are
deposited timely. Use eBudde to keep track of girls payments to you
and your deposits.
Slide 29
Go to the Girl Orders Tab to keep track of payments you
collected
