think!” Mandy is the perfect example of how exercising can change your life for the better. Owner of Lacon Fitness and Tan, Amanda Barnett said, “Mandy isn’t afraid of hard work inside or outside of the gym. She will do what it takes to finish her workout and doesn’t give in to the temptation to stop just because it is hard. I think a lot of success is due to her positive attitude. The girl is tough as nails, her workouts aren’t easy, but after a hard work-out, she usually has a smile on her face. She leaves the gym feeling vic-torious because of her hard work.” Congratulations Mandy on a job well done. You are definitely worthy of the title, Member of the Month.
