Converting Access Files

Whether your client has TBC or a Trimble Connected Community Account they can go to the public tools to make this conversion.

In order to get to this free tool you need to use Mozilla Firefox browser, for some reason Google Chrome and Internet Explorer will not work.

Copy and paste the above link into Mozilla Firefox

You will need to Activate Silverlight by tapping on the icon.

Please select Allow and Remember.

When you type in the address you will be at this screen, hit select files. You can convert multiple files or do one at a time. You cannot select a folder with the files in that folder.

In this example I copied an Access 2.50.2 job file and copied it to a hard disk. Dickson Electric is the file I need to update to work with the new version of Access, therefore I selected that file then selected open.

Now that we have selected our file to be converted select next.

Select the button to convert to the latest version and select next.

Now that the file has been converted click on download Dickson Electric.job this will send the file to your downloads folder. If you do multiple files you can select download all files in a Zip format.

Now your file has been updated to the newest version, select finish.
