Listed as one of the For- tune Global 500 Companies, it has been ranked as the world>s top Oil & Gas Exploration and Production firm by Global Energy Research Agency - PLATTS. n Project Brief: Creation, Digitization & As-Built Updating of P&IDs in intelligent format for multiple Offshore platforms on turnkey basis and Five (5) years post-implementation maintenance services. n Project Details: • Consolidation of all existing P&IDs into a single set of Master Engineering Records • Site verification of all P&ID’s to As-built status • Standardization of all P&IDs as per Client’s preferred standards • 1,107 P&ID’s converted to intelligent SmartPlant P&ID from multiple hard and softcopy formats. • 424 P&ID’s upgraded and migrated to latest version of digital plant software environment • Vectorization of 13,550 drawings • Digitization of 10,000+ engineering manuals • Provision of Hardware and Digital Plant Management Software • 5-Year Maintenance Contract to maintain the Intelligent P&IDs in As-Built status n Benefits to Client: • Availability of accurate Intelligent As-Built P&IDs on demand • Ability to effectively manage and maintain plant assets • Ability to extract as-built tag lists and ensure consistency , connectivity and integrity of engineering data • Ability to link data to other enterprise tag centric databases and Maintenance systems • Availability of legacy drawings in preferred Standards & Digital Formats for enterprise wide usage across all future projects • Allows Maintenance, Inspection & Operation Personnel to take effective decisions with live information of their assets available • Reduced costs across the plant lifecycle due to improved, optimized and refined work process and increased design quality due to the availability of accurate a-built data.
