SALE NOTES: The sale is on the instructions of Mr and Mrs Berrow, who are retiring and selling the farm. Dotie began his farming career by milking pedigree Jersey Cows at Old Berry Hall Farm, Solihull. In 1971 they purchased Convent Farm and have combined rearing beef cattle with running a livery yard. Their daughter Debbie, combined her interest in show jumping with running a livery yard at the farm. The tractor, farm machinery and equipment have been looked after exceptionally well and stored under cover.

At the roundabout take the third exit onto Birmingham Road and continue for approx. 6½ miles until reaching Chadwick End. Turn left onto Rising Lane and after approx. ½ mile, Convent Farm can be found on the right-hand side.
