Technical Data and Quality Assurance
The Bermuda® range of extrusion consists of Aluminium grade 6063 tempered to T5.
All Anodising is a 20UM and Thermoset Powder coating 60UM.
The standard colours of the Thermoset Powder Coating use AKSO Nobel Powder. All custom colours are coated with Dulux range of powders available in Australia.
Quality AssuranceThe following tolerance test of all extrusions meets the Australian Standards: 1. The Extrusion Cross Sectional Tolerance 2. Flatness Tolerance 3. Tensile Strength and Hardness 4. Chemical CompositionThe Angularity Tolerances are tighter than the Australian Standards.
All Anodic Film coatings comply with Australian Standards.All Thermosetting powders are supplied by Internationally accredited manufacturing and applied to their practices to International Standards.
The following conclusion has been reached after assessing the following Australian Standards.AS/NZS 1866, 1997, AS 1231 - 2000, AS 3715 - 2002
