IO tests:-IO checks : Per day the average is 50 (fifty) IO-Loop test: depending of the complexity of the loop (on/off or regulated) : from 2 hours till 8 hours.-Motor rotation tests : from 1 to 2 hours ( depending if DOL or variable frequency drive) oNota: profibus DP with VFD will be configured and tested on site : 5 days-RTG communicationoNota: RTG communication will be configured and tested on site : 5 days-Weighing: 1 day per blender.-Manifold: re-cabling and test by random : 8 days.-Remaining skids : average 2 days per skids.

Requirements-IO test : 2 teams ( 3 electrical and 1 mechanical per team and one supervisor for the 2 teams)-Dead weights for blenders calibration (5 Tons by 20 kg)-5 helpers and 1 supervisor for weighing calibration per blender.-4 electrical people for corrections/modifications.-Base oil quantity for tests: 1 000Tons mini.-MCC tests: supplier on site to configure VFD.

Instruments-Voltmeter-Amps dc generator (4-20 ma)-Radios: 4 pairs (minimum)

Raw material delivery

-As per schedule SITE ACTIVITIES-BO has to be delivered two weeks before the base oil sequence test i.e. mid of June,-Additives has to be delivered two weeks before Trials blend test i.e. end of July.
