Scope ofWork

TheProvider

shallprovide public

affairs

services(hereinafter

referredas the Services ).

Term

TheProvidershallperform theServicesduringtheperiodcommencingAugust

andcontinuing

throughOctober24,2014.Thisagreement

beextended

for an

additionalmonththrough November

24,2014uponmutual agreementbetweenSuplierandProvider.
