Enterprise Car Rental Update

Rental car delivery to campus Rental cars will be delivered to campus at

11:00am and 3:00pm If another delivery time is required:

Call Broad St. location for reservation and customer pick-up time/location on campus

Allow 60 minutes for pick-up Customer picks up car Car can be returned to campus after use

Enterprise Car Rental Update

Rental car return to campus Return car after use to campus If after hours, no extra charges if the return time

has not been exceeded (honor system) We are not charged for the time the car sits on

campus even if after hours or weekends Exception: Vans must be returned to Broad St.

location If after hours return to airport to avoid add’l

charges (Broad St location closes at 6:00pm weekdays, noon on Saturday and is closed Sunday)

Fiscal Year 2010/2011 Yearend Deadline Dates for Purchasing

Requisitions must be approved, budget checked, and all back-up paperwork received in CPRM by $50,000 and over – Friday April 1,2011 $3,501 to 49,999 – Friday April 22, 2011 $3,500 or less – Friday May 13, 2011Change Orders Order requests must be received in CPRM by Friday May 27, 2011

Fiscal Year 2010/2011 Yearend Deadline Dates for Purchasing, cont.

ProCard-Charges recorded on billing statements after June 15, will be processed as next fiscal year transactions

University Contracts- invoiced after June 17, 2011 will be recorded as next fiscal year transactions Exceptions-Cal Poly Corporation charges through May

27, will be recorded in current fiscal year. After May 27, charges will be recorded as next fiscal year transactions.

OfficeMax charges through June 29 will be recorded in the current fiscal year. After June 29, charges will be recorded as next fiscal year transactions
