The objective of this program is to ensure that the contractor
technicians working in the Saudi Aramco facilities are
qualified to do the required/assigned jobs.

• English language is a barrier to some percentage of technicians

• Points awarded to contractors who complying with CWQAP in Pre-qualification for
biding
• Support Joint Venture companies to implement CWQAP
• Communicate with Saudi Council of Engineers to consider CWQAP as qualification
program for technicians working in Saudi Arabia
• Promote CWQAP as enabler that will contribute in creating high-skilled jobs and long-
term careers for Saudi citizens
