Choose a Gift Card from many retailers

Contractor RewardsLeviton rewards loyal customers with merchandise from today’s hottest merchants. The way it works is you save itemized distributor receipts from Leviton purchases and send them in for Gift Cards within 45 days after each calendar quarter. Only receipts from the previous calendar quarter will be accepted. Once you reach designated point levels, you are issued a gift card from a broad list of merchants. All Leviton products qualify except: Wallplates, Networking products and catalog numbers 1451, 5248, 5320 and 5820.

Note: Redemptions can’t be combined with other promotions. All purchases must be from an authorized wholesale distributor location. Direct or indirect government contractors are disqualified from the promotion. The Rewards do not vest until redeemed by Contractor in accordance with the requirements set forth above and herein. Maximum annual Gift Card payout of $1000 per contracting firm. Dollar amounts do not carry forward to next quarter. Contractor can only start accruing rewards as of the date they enroll in program. Rewards are not retroactively awarded. Contractor is required to provide a current, accurate and complete mailing address to which redeemed Rewards Gift Cards will be mailed. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that any Rewards/Gift Cards are forfeited if any of the Reward rules are not followed.

This program is made available to select qualified contractors and specific to the type of electrical work they do.

To join the program, please fill-out Leviton’s Contractor Advantage Enrollment form.
