PursuanttoFAR7.5,theContractorshallnotperformanyinherentlyGovernmentalactionsunderthiscontract.NoContractoremployeeshallholdhimorherselfouttobeaGovernmentemployee,agent,orrepresentative.NoContractoremployeeshallstateorallyorinwritingatanytimethatheorsheisactingonbehalfoftheGovernment.Inallcommunicationswiththirdpartiesinconnectionwiththiscontract,ContractoremployeesshallidentifythemselvesasContractoremployeesandspecifythenameofthecompanyforwhichtheywork.InallcommunicationswithotherGovernmentcontractorsinconnectionwiththiscontract,theContractoremployeeshallstatethattheyhavenoauthoritytoinanywaychangethecontractandthatiftheothercontractorbelievesthiscommunicationtobeadirectiontochangetheircontract,theyshouldnotifytheContractingOfficerforthatcontractandnotcarryoutthedirectionuntilaclarificationhasbeenissuedbytheContractingOfficer.
