KNOWN ALL MEN BY THEY PRESENTS:

That GEMMA M. JALAGAT of legal age, married, Filipino and residing Zone 3 Lower Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City.

________________________________, is hereafter known as the LESSEE.

AGREEMENT

1. That the Lessor agrees to lease the residence at Zone 3 Lower Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City;

2. That the LESSEE agrees to pay the Lessor a monthly rental of __________ only starting _______________;

3. That on such period mentioned above, monthly rental shall be __________ only for a period of one year;

4. That the LESSEE shall deliver the amount of ____________ only as one (1) month deposit and one month advance rental on the first month of occupancy as ______________;

5. That the LESSE shall continue to pay the monthly rental every _______________ of the succeeding months;

6. That the LESSEE shall be responsible for the light and water bill of the house upon occupancy;

7. That the contract of the Lease shall take effect from the time the LESSEE has taken the actual occupancy of the leased premises.
