Groups with a 50-person minimum have the option to offer their guests multiple entrée selections

prior to their event. We ask that you offer no more than (3) protein choices that include a

vegetarian selection. The menu must also have the same starter(s), dessert and sides.

The entree selections must be determined (10) business days prior to the event.

The meeting planner will be responsible for providing the name of each guest with their

entrée choice and a place card that will be pre-set at prior to the event.

A LA CARTE SERVICE TABLESIDE

For dinner events that would like the opportunity to offer each of their guests an entrée selection

tableside live during the event, please consult with your meetings and special events manager

for details at least 14 days in advance.

The menu must have a minimum of 4 courses, and have same starters, dessert and sides.
