RT 11. SITE
RED LINE: This approximate area would require stabilized fill and special assembly for establishing a structurally reliable foundation for any structure. It is certainly possible. However, the cost of accommodating the 12-foot level difference would be a considerable percentage of any construction budget.
GRAY LINE: This indicates the outline of a 2005 design for Fire, police and EMS. Public Works was not considered in this envelope at that time.
BLUE LINE: This indicates the outline of usable property w/o engaging in fill and structural stabilization of the low portions of the site (See red line).
ORANGE LINE: Indicates required setbacks.

This composite of images is of what may be considered some of the most iconic representations of the community’s architectural character. We would desire that these – and many others in the Town - be considered by the future design team as sources of scale and proportion emulation. While accommodating the requirements and needs of the eventual program, it is hoped a future design will appear to exhibit a degree of reverence for the scale and history of the community in the manner in which the buildings are proportioned and in the materials used.

RECOMMENDED SCHEME
A RECOMMENDED DEPOT STREET SCHEME. Note that the intent of this aerial diagram is only to illustrate that the existing site is ample to accommodate all current described structures, gravel piles, uses and functions. By no means is this to be interpreted as a suggested site design, which may only be determined by the future Design Team after thorough review of a developed Program and incorporation of driveway, parking and other requirements which need to be integrated with the elements illustrated here.
