Connect Housing is a Registered Social Landlord. We are passionate about housing and neighbourhoods, operating on a not-for-profit basis under charitable rules.
We provide opportunities for first-time buyers and families wanting to stay in their local area, as well as keyworkers and local professionals, to fulfill their aspirations to own their own home. We are delighted that we have built up a reputation with private developers and our Local Authority partners as a ‘can-do’ organisation they can work successfully with to offer affordable housing for sale. This growing area of Connect’s work complements our affordable housing for rent, recognising different needs and aspirations, and the problems faced by people on lower incomes in a high priced housing market.
