Raj Group of Companies started its voyage in 1985 as a proprietorship concern promoted by entrepreneur Mr. Rajinder Bansal. The concern did several prestigious construction projects. Today, the concern has established itself as a renowned construction company. For over 25 years, the group's ideological foundations of commitment to timely completion of projects and high quality construction have been the armaments to its rapid growth. In Industrial and Civil Construction sector, which is the group's forte, Raj Buildcon Construction Limited offers services in general contracting, pre-construction management and turnkey development.

Today Raj Group has diversified into various sectors with four companies –

lRaj Buildcon Private Limited Raj Buildcon Construction Limited is a Public Limited Company that offers its commendable expertise in building and developing Residential and Commercial complexes. The company constructs, builds and develops infrastructure facilities, driveways, runways, powerhouse buildings, factories, and other such immovable properties.

lRaj Buildcon Construction Limited Incorporated on 25th May 2007 as a Private Limited Company and eventually became a Public Limited Company on 13th March 2009. The company constructs, builds and develops infrastructure facilities, driveways, runways, powerhouse buildings, factories and such other immovable properties.

lBharat FabTex and Corporate Park Private Limited Spread over 120 Acres, integrated Textile Park at Pali will be state of the art textile industrial estate which boasts infrastructure of international class supported by Ministry of Textiles and Government of India under SITP scheme.

lRaj Buildcon Construction Limited (RMC Division)

In order to cater to the ever growing demand for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), Raj Buildcon Construction Ltd. is planning to make heavy investments in RMC segment. As the RMC usage is growing, to maintain the quality standards, the group intends to set up 10 RMC plants in the country within two to three years. The first RMC plant setup is in Bhiwadi Rajasthan.

Raj Group has a joint business association with Simplex Projects Ltd. to undertake large projects like multi level car parking, commercial complexes and turnkey industrial projects on a joint basis under the banner of Raj Simplex Group.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, his expertise includes construction of buildings, development of infrastructure facilities like roads, bridges, industries, plants and almost all types of real estate solutions.

An MBA from Kurukshetra University with rich experience in the construction industry. Presently in charge of Finance and Administration. His foresight and high level of energies has made Raj Group reach new heights.

A management Post Graduate from JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur. Presently in charge of Business Development. His vision and acumen has helped Raj Group acquire some of the best clients in recent times.

An engineer with B.Sc & B.E.(Civil) from Nagpur University. His responsibility includes running the project with determined plan and technically supporting the team. He has been with Raj Group since last 10 years.

He has been associated with Raj Group since last 7 years. Over the time, he rose to become the Purchase Director and takes care of the inventory control.

Construction HSE Audit of project site is carried out in two parts:

In the civil works for Unicharm Neemrana Industrial unit being carried out by Raj Buildcon Construction Limited for the client Unicharm at Riico – Japanese zone, Neemrana, we completed construction of the main structure in 4 months, much before schedule.

In 2009, Mr. Korn Dabbaransi, Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand awarded Udyog Ratan Award to Mr. Rajinder Bansal in the seminar on the Indo-Thai Economic Cooperation (IEC) in Bangkok, Thailand for the best performance in our segment of business.

In July 2010, Builder of the year award was presented to Mr. Rajinder Bansal by Institute of Economic Studies at India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
