1. Task 1You are asked to plan a survey on students’ satisfactory level of the academic

library in IPGKTHO.

i. Choose only two groups as your participants. For example, you can

choose one group from PISMP RBT (SJKC) Semester 3 and the other

group of PISMP PRA (SJKC) Semester 3.

ii. Develop a set of questionnaire to be distributed. Get an approval from

your lecturer before you distribute the questionnaire.

3. Task 3i. Based on the survey results, show the statistic in a form of graph i.e:

bar graph, histogram, line graph, pie chart,etc. Use the information

below as a guide of your graph:

Names of the group

Number of participants for each group.

Show the satisfactory level of the academic library in

IPGKTHO

Title of the graph

ii. By using the information of the graph, write a report for your college

bulletin. Your report should not be less than 300 words. Students must

follow the correct format of a report writing.

4. Task 4Write a reflection of not more than 300 words on your learning experience

while undergoing the ELP course and the process of doing this assignment.

In your reflection, you should:

highlight your strengths and weaknesses

explain the actions that you have taken to overcome the weaknesses.

discuss on the knowledge, experience and skills that you have

gained.
