services to the extent in which required.

·Upon acceptance of the quotation, and subsequent payment of the required deposit,

the conversion process will commence.

·We will furnish you with a manufacturing programme detailing exactly where we are with the project.

·Upon reaching completion you will be informed to conduct a quality control inspection with our team.

·We will keep you updated and informed with a regular and detailed manufacturing programme outlining the progress thus far.

·We deliver the unit to your doorstep and if there are any preparation / site work to be done, we will quote this separately after

we have conducted a site inspection.

·Any preparation work must be done before the unit is delivered.

We specialize in Residential, Schools, Warehousing, Cold store rooms.

Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are a high performance building system for residential and

light commercial construction. The panels consist of an insulating polystyrene sandwich

between two structural facings, typically Chromadek. SIPs are manufactured under factory

controlled conditions and can be fabricated to fit nearly any building design. The result is a

building system that is extremely strong, energy efficient and cost effective. Building with SIPs

LIGHT WEIGHT STEEL

What is Light Weight Steel Frame Building?

Light weight steel frame building consists of structural wall frames and roof trusses, manufactured from cold-formed light

gauge galvanized steel sections. Exterior cladding can consist of a single skin brick wall or fibre cement board, fixed to the

wall frames. Services – Electricity and Plumbing – are installed in the wall cavity created by the light steel frames, as is the

insulation material. Magnesium board, fixed to the light steel frame, is typically used for internal wall cladding and ceilings.

Light weight steel frame building offers a wide range of benefits or other framing materials, in terms of quality, cost durability

and speed. Reduced wastage, Lower logistical costs and reduced time of construction could offer cost savings of 30% or more,

compared with conventional building.

MAGNESIUM BOARDS

100% natural and environmentally friendly.

Magnesium board is a versatile, high performance, sustainable and eco-friendly building product.

It is GREEN in its raw form, natural mineral magnesium oxide powder reacts with magnesium

chloride, reinforced by fibreglass mesh and filled with recycled soft timber particles.

The production process is carried out at room temperature, making this a low carbon process.

No heat or pressure is used in its manufacture. Magnesium Board is Euroclass A1

non-combustible rating board, achieving a fire-rating of 1-4 hours integrity and

insulation drywall systems and 1-2 hours integrity and insulation ceiling systems,

providing an unprecedented degree of safety and security. These types of systems are the thinnest

in the market but with twice to triple the impact resistance of those built with calcium silicate boards.

Magnesium Boards is homogeneous with no delimitation. It is virtually impervious to fire, water, insects, termite, ,mold

and mildew; is non-flammable, non-toxic, completely free from asbestos and carcinogenic materials such as

crystalline silica or quartz, usually contained in fibre cement boards and calcium silicate boards. It is so dimensionally

stable that expansion and contraction is negligible. It will not delaminate or deteriorate after prolonged exposure to

moisture. Or even immersed in water or exposed to freeze/thaw cycles for prolonged periods of time. Compared to

traditional wood, gypsum and cement based products, it is ideal for high tech engineering applications, general

purpose construction, especially for high humid area like bathrooms or shower enclosure, and off-site manufacture

of wall, ceiling and floor panels.

A single 9mm magnesium board, can achieve acoustic 29dB while with the wall system it can achieve 42dB and above.

There are thousands companies in South Africa. Only a few comply with the strong manufacturing & construction regulations set out by CIPC, SARS, CIDB and NHBRC. The effect of this is that only a small number of these construction companies can compete for the larger contracts which are available at Government and Corporate Institutions.
