Even with major projects, utmost discretion is required. From raw material to the final assembly stages, we fully integrate manufacturing processes. Output, mechanical welding, machining, inspection, processing and assembly: you have access to all manufacturing stages but your order will only leave our workshops when it is ready to be delivered to you within the set deadline. The material speaks for itself.
Machining: from blank parts to finished products, the machine trues, machines and mills parts with exceptional dimensions, in line with strict requirements in terms of precision.
From the massive milling machines to the large lathes, your parts will be thoroughly inspected, tracked with a laser and will of course benefit from our preferential treatment.
Our production process only includes major stages. Each one requires and receives the same amount of work and the same care.
Each part is improved thanks to the time spent in the work station, stress relief, etc. It comes out sandblasted, primed and painted. Inspected from all sides, liquated and ready to be shipped off to its final destination.

ASSEMBLYINSPECTION
The first cornerstone.
Under the responsibility of our engineering project managers and after having meticulously studied your plans, our workshop assistants scrupulously implement the requirements set out in your specifications, as well as any demands you may have, in close collaboration with the quality control department.
They identify the necessary supplies alongside the purchasing department.
The raw material is prepared and cut. Then the boilermakers mark each item contained in your parts. Our qualified and continuously certified welders oversee the assembly process. Controlled, precise and meticulous gestures are used to give your parts the strength and resistance required for their ultimate use.
