SOCIALIZED TUITION FEES
For other Grade 10 completers, Government Voucher plus the following tuition fees based on Grade 10 weighted average:
1. 85andabove −Php5,000.002. 80to84 −Php10,000.00
(not less than 80)
All CEIS Senior High School graduates will be automatically accepted to CEU and will receive 10% discount on tuition fee
if they enrol in CEU.
Admission Requirements and Procedure 1. Secure an Admission Application Form from the
following:a. Marketing Communications Department
(MCD) and Guidance and Counseling Section (GCS)atthegroundfloorofPHLIMBldg.
b. Centro Escolar Integrated School (CEIS) Bldg.c. Downloadable Form is available on the web
(www.ceu.edu.ph);2. Fill out the Admission Application Form and
attach a 1.5” x 1.5” I.D. picture; and3. Submit the Admission Application Form.
Enrolment Requirements and Procedure1. Submit the following requirements to GCS:
a. Grade 10 Report Card or Original Copy of Grades up to Third Grading Period (to be replaced by Grade 10 Report Card, otherwise enrolment will be invalid)
b. PhotocopyofNSOBirthCertificatec. Original Copy of Good Moral Character
CertificatefromthePrincipald. 1 pc. 1.5” x 1.5” I.D. picture;
2. Interview with a Guidance Counselor at the GCS and with the CEIS Principal;
3. PaytuitionfeesattheCashier’sOffice(located at the CEIS Bldg.); and
4. SecureIdentificationCard(I.D.)atComputerEducationProgramOffice(located on the 3rd floor,PHLIMBldg.) or at the CEIS Bldg.
For Alternative Learning System (ALS) Graduates:• Original Copy of Accreditation and Equivalency
