Searching for that perfect location for your gathering? A Baby Shower, Corporate event, Small Wedding, Bachelorette/Bachelor Party, Think Haley’s Honey Meadery in Hopewell! Our Tasting Room is available for private events or large group reservations, whichever best suits your needs. You and your guests will feel right at home in our spacious tap room.

We can accommodate and assist in the coordination of large gatherings or private events for groups as large as 60 people. The inside offers a large Copper bar that seats 14, tables for 40 guests, plus a small area to display food and gifts. We provide the location and the mead, food from menu at a discounted price, and everything else is up to you.

We have flexible rates and scheduling (see below), so contact us with desired dates, times, and an estimated number of guests.

LARGE GROUP RESERVATION

● A guaranteed space for your group when you arrive – no matter the day! ● Based on size of group and needs, a section of the Tasting Room will be reserved for a

predetermined length of time ● Tap Room remains open to the public and Haley’s Honey Meadery remains in control of

general atmosphere (lighting, music, decor, etc.) ● Minimal decor (tablecloths, balloons, centerpieces, etc.) is permitted on your reserved tables ● Any group announcements, PA use, etc. must be approved by Haley’s Honey Meadery ● Catered food is permitted and should be arranged by group ● Haley’s Honey Meadery staff will assist with rearranging furniture and basic clean-up

● No deposit or contract is necessary, but notice of cancellation or major changes is appreciated

Cost: Each group must reach the mandatory minimum of $30/table Wednesday,Thursday, and Sunday or $50/table on Friday and Saturday with purchases, or pay the difference in the form of a reservation fee. A 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill.

PRIVATE EVENT RENTAL

● Tasting Room will close for the day or for a period of time (two hour minimum) to accommodate a private event

● Renter has complete control over atmosphere, decor, music, etc. ● Renter will pay a 25% deposit to secure the date and full payment 7 days before event. ● No Outside alcohol is permitted, but Haley’s Honey Meads are available. ● Renter can work with a Haley’s Honey Meadery Chefs to caterer or provide their own food ● Music and Drag Entertainment is available upon request. Payment goes to entertainment.

Cost: Rates starting at $800 Sunday through Wednesday and $1000 Thursday through Saturday, and may vary based on season and duration of event. Please inquire. (Note that we typically start booking no earlier than six months in advance.)

OFF-HOUR MULTI-PURPOSE MEETING SPACE

● Our space is available for use during the hours when the Tasting Room is not open for business.

● We provide a quiet environment, WIFI, a large TV, and easy access to power ● Meads are available during off-hours (not included in rental rate) ● Renter can work with a caterer or provide their own food ● Renter has complete control over atmosphere, decor, music, etc. ● Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Cost: Rates start at $150/hour.
