Mr. F. C. Keplller Arivaea t Arizona

Dear Mr. Keppler:

July 29, 1941

I have your letter of July 24th relative to your tungsten property \vllich you st:lte you are willinE; to sellon bond and lease to the right kind of people.

I am enclosing a mine owr18r t 8 report and will you kindly give us the data asked for on this report, as this is exactly t hB inrorrlliitioL thD.t e.nyone who is seej;.ing a property would li~e to know bei'ore they take the: trouble to look it over.

It is well worth your while to spend fi little time working up this report as it must be remembered thut; based upon the ini'ormation in this report. the prospecti va buyer a.ecides whe'cher or not he will look further into the property and make a personal e~;yYnination. 'rherefore, if that which we have for 8ule is not attrfi ·~tively p~ese!lted, we can hardly e:;qJect the custoDlf3r to oonsider it. Of course J you know wha t you have but it oust be remembered the.t the prospective buyer knows nothinG about you or the opportuni ties of your property at the time when he first surveys t ll(j file and decides Wl1ich ones are worthy of further investigation.

We WEL.'1t to help you move your property and v:e believe that Vie can do so with your cooperation in presenting it well.

or course, since the Governor's veto of our a ppropriations we are not as well eQ.~pped to ror;t~e copies of reports and send them allover the country as we did before, but we are going to do the best we can in bringing buyers and sellers together.

Hoping tht'1. t we will hear from you again soon with tile mine owner's report fill ad out t and wishing you all success, I am
