Strict hygiene conditions should be observed at all times when dispensing coffee. Avoid coughing or sneezing anywhere near the coffee machine. All personnel using the coffee machine must wear face masks to avoid any contamination. All personnel must ensure that their hands have been washed thoroughly with soap and water or sanitised with a 60% alcohol-based sanitiser, before they touch any part of the coffee machine. All work surfaces in and around the coffee machine should be cleaned frequently using soap and water or any food-grade disinfectant during the course of the day. All utensils should be used only once during the making of a single beverage. Once used, coffee mugs or cups, saucers, teaspoons and stirrers must be disposed of or washed thoroughly with soap and water.
