Mosa regards attention to innovation and design as

important values. By providing distinctive, high-quality tiles

of an aesthetically high level, Mosa wants to play a leading

role in the architectural designs of today and tomorrow.

In the Mosa Design Team, ten people work constantly on

developing new tiles. Ceramic tiles that contribute to the

creation of high-quality walls and floors. Moreover, the

company frequently works with architects to produce its

Custom Design tiles. The Xtreme, LED series, Terra XXL,

Mosa Matt Collection® and Beige & Brown planks and

colour-mix won various prizes in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009

and 2011 including Red Dot Awards, iF awards, the Design Plus

Award, Innovation Awards, and nominations for the Deutsche

Designpreis and the Dutch design prizes. Mosa has made a

deliberate decision to develop and manufacture sustainably in

Maastricht, The Netherlands, in the factories where it all started.

This has resulted in the ‘Silver’ Cradle to Cradle® certificate for

all floor tiles and almost all wall tiles. In this way, Mosa aims to

continue to produce high-quality wall and floor tiles in keeping

with the architecture of today and tomorrow.

The special quality of Mosa Mix &

Mosaics lies in its almost effortless

ability to create contemporary tiled

walls and floors. It encourages you to

think further than ordinary laying

patterns and colours. Mix stands for

the choice of an abundance of plank

sizes, floor tiles and colours. Mosaics

stands for lively inlays using different

tiles. The neutral basis is formed by the

white matt and gloss finish wall tiles.

The size 20 x 60 cm further emphasises

the horizontal lines while the 30 x 45 cm

size gives smaller surfaces a luxurious

appearance.

Ceramic unity Combination Quartz brings unity to diversity. Even though the

separate elements of this series differ so greatly, they match

each other seamlessly.

A plank tile combines effortlessly with a

white tile with light brilliance. Which in

turn goes just as easily with attractive

grey and beige relief floor tiles - pure

ceramic with crystalline particles that

evoke the feeling of sand. Besides

various surface finishes, colours and

versions, Combination Quartz also

offers a wide variety of sizes. From

Terra Maestricht is fully geared to the

tiles. The Terra Maestricht series is

Terra Tones is the latest innovative addition to this modular, integral

tile programme. They are a special addition to colours 203, 206 and

216. Three complementary shades with tile pattern are supplied for

each colour, allowing you to create beautifully tinted surfaces. This

results in a very naturally variegated yet unusual tiled surface. This

natural vitality can be further emphasised by using different sized

tiles are produced using the very latest

manufacturing techniques. Each tile is

individually checked by computer-

controlled cameras. So obviously Mosa

Cradle to Cradle® Silver certified

Sustainability is one of Mosa’s core values.

Mosa is not only an innovative tile

manufacturer but also a member of the

Dutch Green Building Council. Terra

Maestricht is a prominent example of our

sustainable production. The entire

programme carries the Cradle to Cradle

Silver certificate, which means that it

satisfies present and future requirements for

sustainable building. The tiles are partially

made from re cycled materials; no

environment-polluting raw materials are

used, making the tiles suitable for reuse.

‘Green’ electricity from hydro-electric power

stations is exclusively used in production.

Terra Maestricht tiles are also durable and

contribute to a better interior climate.
