Who is RSVP by B?

Owner & Lead Planner of RSVP by B is Bianca Hendricks. Bianca is a hospitality & tourism professional specializing in weddings and special events. She has over ten years of hospitality experience. She provides memorable experiences for her clients through phenomenal customer service. Bianca has excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills. She while listens attentively, communicate persuasively (on behalf of her clients) and follows through diligently. Bianca always puts her clients first and will go above and beyond to ensure all their needs and desires are satisfied. Bianca graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. She has had the opportunity to work and learn from many great professionals throughout the country, from New York to Hawaii. In any position she has held, she had a passion to plan, organize, and execute successful events. Bianca / RSVP by B has been published and recognized through-out the years. We have two different types of chair covers for rent. 1) We have stretch chair covers that offer a sophisticated, modern look for ordinary banquet chairs. Can you believe it? Your Special Day will soon be here! You’ve traveled a long path in creating your Best Wedding Ever! You’ve personally and carefully chosen all of your vendors, have paid deposits, and signed contracts, and nearly everything else has been prepared. All you want to do now is walk down the aisle, exchange vows with your Soul Mate, and celebrate your love with the most important people in your life! RSVP by B is here to ensure sure that all of your planning and hard work is brought to fruition! We can make sure that details are carried out to your exacting specifications. Our Wedding Day Management Package is designed to afford you the opportunity to thoroughly enjoy every precious moment of your Special day. It is a luxury every Bride should afford herself, so she can be worry-free, relaxed, and totally in the moment during this most cherished occasion! We offer: A complimentary consultation Face-to-face planning meetings with unlimited phone and e-mail communications during the month leading up to your wedding A Wedding Timeline with a detailed checklist including contact sheets A complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites at least two weeks prior to your wedding date We will thoroughly review vendor details including: confirmation of all contract details and arrival times, and will also instruct vendors to first contact us, instead of you, with any questions or concerns during the week prior to your Wedding We will serve as the On Site Point of Contact for venue staff and all vendors; we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave, helping set up all ceremony items, ensure set up for all reception items including seating cards, place cards, gifts table and card box, wedding favors, etc. We will orchestrate Ceremony and Reception coordination, keeping Bridal Party and vendors to your established time line, and will distribute flowers, bouquets, & pin corsages and boutonnières. We will also assist guests and answer questions as needed, distribute remaining vendor balances and tips on Bride and Groom’s behalf at the end of the night, and resolve any Ceremony or Reception-related problems that might possibly arise After-event clean up: we will assist site staff with general clean up, deliver gifts and any remaining Ceremony or Reception items to your designated locations A Wedding Day Emergency Kit
