Our Story
Construction House Company (CHC) was established in 1991 as a subsidiary of the Trade House Group Holdings (THGH). Specializing in construction and architectural projects, we
provide technical support to both public and private sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Established in Riyadh as a family-owned business in 1991, CHC later became a closed joint stock company in 2009.
At CHC we have witnessed the rapid growth of the construction industry, which is driving major changes in the way we build our partnerships with our clients.
Having seen this change occurring around us, we evolved our business model to be flexible and adaptable to the volatile business environment
and exceed our clients’ expectations in quality of service.
We are proud of our long track record of achievements and successful stories that our clients experienced over the last
two-decades. Our widened spectrum of expertise includes designing, planning, installing, implementing, maintaining and
operating all types of residential, commercial, and high-tech industrial infrastructure projects.
