October 26, 2015 – Seek approval of CD’s by School Board November 11th, 2015 – Bid documents go out to contractors for bid December 1st, 2015 – District sends completed D5 form to OSPI December 1st, 2015 – District sends completed D7 form to OSPI December 8th – 10th, 2015 – District receives D8 form from OSPI for

approval to open bids December 10th, 2015 – Open bids from contractors on Liberty Creek

Elementary December 14th, 2015 – School Board consideration for approval of low bid

and approval of recommendation to proceed with low bid contractor December 16th, 2015 through Ground Breaking – work towards getting

bonds, insurances and contracts done in order to issue Notice to Proceed. January 6, 2015 – Ground Breaking Ceremony. Scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
